Owner:

Pull up monthly invoices (current and history)

Download year end tax summary and 1099

Tenant:

Apply for properties online

Pay rent online

Submit maintenance requests

Once you have signed up you will be emailed a user name and password that allows you access to your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  No waiting on management to call you back or check emails, just pull up your property and get your necessary information.
